ADM Technical Support

We offer free technical support via email to both paid and registered trialware users of ADM. Paid users will receive priority support - all emails will be answered within 24 hours of receipt - for as long as they use the product. Registered trialware users' support questions will be answered as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) during their trial period. Simply email support@adm21.net.

We are currently experimenting with voice and text-chat support for our users via the free internet-based Skype communication system. You can download this client free from: www.skype.com and then use your computer to talk or text chat with us about your support questions. However, as this is an experiment for us, a staff member will only be available on-line sporadically, so email is still the best way to get your question answered.
