- You can now apply user-defined, extensible Metadata to ADM topics! Metadata can be displayed in
multiple ways including user-defined column formats and form-style display. Topics can be sorted
by metadata columns and all metadata is fully searchable.
- Powerful new search functions let you search ADM outlines for any search-term(s) - or instantly
search the same term(s) on the Web and in dictionaries, thesauruses, encyclopedias, and more.
- The new Folders window let's you easily organize and activate links,
quickjumps, and user-customized views to access all the information in your ADM files, on
the web, and anywhere on your hard-drive or LAN.
- A new data aggregator, called the 'Outbound window' let's you instantly capture, organize,
and email, save, or move data from anywhere in your ADM outlines.
- Improved integration with Microsoft Office products lets you view
and edit Word, Excell, and other Office files inside the ADM browser.

- Use the "Autoview" function to speed-browse hundreds or even thousands of linked external files or
internal ADM documents in far less time than before possible.
- Use internal document screens to write and view notes or documents of up to 400 pages appended to each
outline topic.
- Use hoist and unique super-hoist functions to focus-in on a few knowledge items, or zoom-out to see those items
